During the current pandemic, things continue to move fast and change quickly as we all try to understand how this is affecting our daily lives, our friends and our families.
Just like you, we are doing the best we can to navigate these uncertain times as they continue to change and evolve. OneTab is committed to ensuring all our employees remain safe, healthy, follow safety protocols and feel supported both personally and professionally during this unforeseen circumstances. Thankfully we have team members who are able to work from home which will help mitigate the spread of the virus.
To hep protect the well-being of our employees, vendors, partners and customers, our office is closed to the public while our onsite team works hard to fulfill orders and maintain our regular shipping timeline.
However, due to the increase in online orders and with a reduced number of individuals in the office, maintaining our current outgoing order fulfillment and same-day shipment routine has proven to be quite a challenge.
So we ask for your patience while we process and ship your orders within two days of the order being placed during regular work days, and any orders placed online throughout the weekend will be fulfilled and shipped on Mondays.
Also keep in mind that while some orders can be shipped same-day, delivery and postal services are overwhelmed with the mass amount of parcels and packages being shipped due to the increase of online shopping across North America. So this too may delay your package.
